Thoughts On Mental Health πŸ’š

May is Mental Health Awareness which is one of my favorite causes to support. It’s also very near and dear to my heart πŸ«Ά  I’m so glad because mental health is very important because it needs to be talked about more

Personally I struggle with anxiety and depression which sucks majorly. Anxiety attacks are no fun. Feeling depressed isn’t fun either. If you struggle my heart is with you because I know how you feel in a way.

I really wish awareness for mental health wasn’t so stigmatized. There are so many people out there in the world suffering because they are too afraid to ask for help because of the stigma around it. I also think it should be available to everyone that needs it not to mention more affordable and very good. Everyone deserves help for this.

Mental health is truly no joke. When someone’s life is at stake due to this, when is it enough!?

I truly pray that those who cause trauma and cause mental health related issues or just make them way worse than they already are wake up real quick and have to walk a mile the peoples shoes they caused issues for them realize just how wrong they really are to cause such unnecessary trauma. Having mental health related issues is already brutal enough. Instead of causing trauma try spreading kindness!

I also wish mental health wasn’t such a hard topic to discuss because we are worried what others think. It should be okay to say I struggle with it and not have to worry about anything except the amount of overwhelming support they get.  Too many people struggle and it’s truly such a shame.

I pray there are more natural ways to cure mental health instead of just medications! πŸ™

If you struggle personally or know someone that does, my heart goes out to you and please know I will be praying for you πŸ«ΆπŸ’šπŸ™πŸ«ΆπŸ™πŸ’šπŸ«ΆπŸ™πŸ’š
